Tomorrow we leave Nanoose and drive down island to Sidney, where we will catch the Washington State Ferry to Anacortes Wa. on Thursday morning. We were planning on taking the BC Ferry to Tswassen and driving to Anacortes, until I checked out the Sidney -Anacortes Ferry, they have a half-price promotion on for RVs, worked out to be $90.00 cheaper. We will spend two nights at Washington Park in Anacortes, visiting with Skip's sister Pam.
It's been a busy time since the end of July when we decided to look for a new to us motor home. there were several reasons we traded in the 5th wheel, one being the thought of driving for hours with three dogs in the back seat of the truck, ( think Jake breathing down the back of your neck for hours) did that once to the Yukon when we only had two dogs. And so we went from this.
to this.

We don't have any set itinerary other than an appointment with AM Solar in Springfield Oregon on
Nov.8th, to have a solar system installed. Then we are going to look for the sun.
I am going to try and blog every day or so,
Jean
